Project management is an exciting and rewarding career, and Project Managers are in high demand globally, making a career in project management very attractive. As well, many people working in operational roles in organisations become 'accidental' project managers, appointed by management to run a project for the first time. An exciting development is the adoption of agile approaches to new product development, and the need for these approaches to work in a formal project management environment. So there are many reasons for people need to acquire the basic skills expected in a project environment. We have developed a suite of courses to satisfy this need.
