Fundamental Project Skills
Project management is an exciting and rewarding career, and Project Managers are in high demand globally, making a career in project management very attractive. As well, many people working in operational roles in organisations become 'accidental' project managers, appointed by management to run a project for the first time. An exciting development is the adoption of agile approaches to new product development, and the need for these approaches to work in a formal project management environment. So there are many reasons for people need to acquire the basic skills expected in a project environment. We have developed a suite of courses to satisfy this need.

Inspiring Projects is a leading provider of training and consulting services related to project environments. We were involved in development of the current versions of the PRINCE2 project management method, the MSP programme management method, ISO 38400 Corporate Governance of ICT and ISO 21500 Guide to Project Management, and have distilled our experience into a series of short courses and workshops on fundamental aspects of project management.
